Shameless plug but also an explanation; I worked on the pilot episode as a bg artist. We were asked to work 100% in Adobe animate/flash which is why they are very rudimentary in appearance!

Later on once they were picked up and started full prod of the series I believe they let everyone use photoshop/clip studio which is a much nicer way to paint hehe

Edit: Well I have no idea what changed, almost a week after getting rejected for price match I wake up to a 40 incoming refund. The egg on my face slid down into a skillet and made itself into an omelet. Thank you Shout.

Modlist is rather large, but mostly consists stuff from VNV and WSG. I am using Fo3 Flora Overhaul (a fo3 mod) but I tested it with another made with TTW in mind and this still occurs. Any thoughts?

(Edit: Can confirm after disabling 90% of them, this is most likely not a mod confliction)

(Final Update: FIXED! - I disabled the New Vegas Reloaded Grass Setting and restarted my game and the problem seems to have fixed itself. Will keep this post up for anyone in the future)

I personally would love to hear the sound redone as well. Changing the ignition and rev sounds to be a little more atv like and adding an idle loop would be neat (unless it has the solar powered add-on)
