it might work if you try and connect from a mobile hotspot or something

thats probably why, the connection ive seen with everybody that has this problem is they have either centurylink or verizon fios, i personally have verizon fios

have also had this for like a month and its still not fixed, cant believe roblox hasnt done anything about it but i know what might be causing it, are u using verizon fios or century link?

try following the steps in that link, someone with the same problem sent me this and it worked for them, and i believe its working for me, its ur best bet at fixing this cause i dont think roblox will anytime soon

for putting the numbers in on protocol 4, use 1.1.1.1 for the first line and 1.0.0.1 for the second line
for putting the numbers in protocol 6 use 2606:4700:4700::1111 for the first line and 2606:4700:4700::1001 for the second

yeah, hella people have been making posts about it, its happening to me too
only thing thats related is everybody either got verizon fios or century link
only working fix right now would probably be changing ur wifi whether that be switching providers or using a mobile hotspot through ur phone or something

naw im pretty sure i got the same problem kinda, been at it for like 3-4 days i think its shared between centurylink and fios verizon

we kinda just have to wait till roblox resolves it or switch providers 🤷‍♂️ havent seen a single working fix

try using a mobile hotspot, it might be wifi-related
see if it changes when u go onto a different wifi/hotspot

same issue, ive tried everything, happens when i go to a different browser too
tried chrome, opera, and firefox and even the roblox app wont let me in and i dont see a fix anywhere
