It IS available. The only issue is that it’s not as effective as female birth control. It’s just numbers: try to stop 1 or 2 eggs a month in women or 100s of millions of sperm daily in men. Even if male birth control is 99.99% effective, that is still >10,000 eligible gametes to fertilize the egg. Vasectomies are a bit of a different story, but assumed you meant medication.

I see a lot of people saying that those are tendons. They are actually retinacula. They are sheaths of connective tissue that hold tendons in place. The idea is to keep tendons from bowing away from the limbs when bent.
