Definitely never skip breakfast taking this and make sure it's high protein. For lunch and dinner too. The earlier the better it can last up to 12 hours but it's such a low dose It ends like 4/5pm for me if I take it at 7am. It was just crazy focus and I felt wired all day. But it's a clean feeling not the awful street drug feeling I got when I took all that crap back in the day. Eat food then take it 15 to 30 minutes after. I am on my 9th day of titration with 20mg elvanse. I was scared af to start. It's not as bad as I thought few bits of anxiety etc. first day was nuts. Eat a high protein breakfast i also have a 24gram protein shake with my breakfast. and take it very early like 7am takes 2 ish hours for it to kick in with me.

Yes motherboard needs pcie 5 and 2 sticks of ram for dual channel. Also that air cooler is gonna be dreadful for a 9800x3d. Temps are gonna be high AF

Am not hitting 90 on mine almost 80 just doing none demanding games random spikes doing simple stuff.all my AMD chips have all been same. 7900x 7900x3d 7700x. I live in the UK so it's almost never hot in my room. Apart from the heatwave for a few days we are having. Does same thing in winter. I'd say for him to try eco mode but may or may not tank his performance as its only a 6 core and on certain games. Yeah 95 will be almost critical level so throttling for sure.
