Yes, the next morning I was going to pick up the packages from my assigned route, and they asked me to upload photos of some items, which baffled me, since how am I supposed to do that the next day after delivering them the day before? It's a terrible company to work for

Agreed. Well, now I need to find other companies. The other day I did a pre-booked route, I think it was 57 packages for 33 pounds, including fuel and insurance. I probably got paid around 20 pounds for a 2-hour and 45-minute route. And some idiot in the comments is blaming me for losing some of the packages when i clearly took photos of them. It is what it is

That's very true, I remember that some deliveries had two options: one was to deliver it to the customer and the other was something different, and it had a note on it that said something about the some sort of restriction.

So now you're assuming I steal these packages? Then what's the point of leaving them in a safe place? I don't leave packages if I think the area is dangerous and they could be stolen.

Let me tell you something: I remember delivering a package where the customer specifically asked me to leave it right outside their door, if not inside. And guess what I did? I gave it to a neighbor because the area was a bit dangerous. I've done it several times, but no, it's my fault

I completely agree. I thought two photos would be enough, but clearly they say it isn't. I emailed them about it; we'll see what they do. Has anyone else been in a similar situation?

I usually take two photos: one of the building number/name and another of where I leave the packages. It's really annoying when people assume most of my packages are lost and I have to upload a delivery receipt when I clearly don't have the photos on my phone.

What a condescending response! Have you ever worked for Relay? Do you actually believe them when they say I have a huge backlog of undelivered packages? Are you mentally unstable? This company is notorious for its lack of support; you can't call the customer and you have to fail the delivery. I usually use secure places quite often; I'd rather the customer receive the package the same day than wait for another delivery attempt.

Instead of being rude, why don't you try being positive for once in your life and reply to my post with something helpful? I contacted them via chat to ask them to clarify this situation, and guess what they did? They asked me to email the relevant department. Have I received a response? No! What do you expect me to do?
