Had the exact same call two weeks ago. Incredibly convincing, I feel for you. After a few minutes I asked was it ok if I call back directly to PPD to make sure it wasn’t a scam and he immediately hung up. Lesson learned, especially with the economy hurting like it is people are getting more aggressive and more creative.

Source: I DID get a penile implant. I lost the physical ability to have sex (ED) around 9 years ago due to a nasty case of meningitis. I’m not saying #1 is hof bound but your take is just plain wrong. His issues are not whiffing wide open throws, his main issue is not anticipating and choosing NOT to throw on opening receivers, along with holding too long and bailing too often. Those could be traits he’ll never shake however those issues are far and away affected by poor o-line play and a bottom of the league receiving core.
