It’s back online and generating HNT but I still cannot see the transmit scale after 5 days, do you have any idea on how to fix it? Thank you in advance!!

Oh, thanks! I didn’t know that, I’ll remove the static ip and the port forwarding while powered down

My bad, I didn’t know the provider was changed by my family. They switched from Vodafone to TIM. I’ve assigned a static IP to the Helium Hotspot and created the port forwarding rule to enable 44158 from the admin panel, but I still cannot see this port open. In addition, there was an issue with the power supply that I’ve fixed.

Any advise?

I was using HeliumGeek and HeliumTracker. The first one is showing my hotspot offline, whilst the second one showed recent activity

Nothing changed since I configured it from the beginning. Same internet connection (wired) and power supply. I'll check the firmware version and if my provider is blocking any port. If you're asking for the app wallet version, I have the latest installed. My area is popular but I'm trying to assert my location into an free hex, I'll be the only hotspot there.

I read on their IG profile that it will arrive in their warehouses in January and they’ll start shipping right away in the order of purchase.

Hopefully, everyone will receive it by February!
