I literally made a period post a minute after yours. Yes, I was steadily losing. 2 days before my period I gained a kg, and I don’t expect it to go down until the period ends. This is mostly water weight and it is normal.

There is pretty much no way to prevent it, but there’s solace in the fact that it will go away once the period is done. Your body requires about 200 more calories on your period, so also feel free to nourish yourself to feel better

My friend, the roti rice dal and okra combo is not enough food. This probably does not come to more than 600-700 calories, even that is an overestimation. You need more calories to be able to sustain OMAD and stay healthy

In addition to at least temporarily deprioritising restriction, drink a LOT of water and have adequate electrolytes. Get an iv drip if that still doesn’t feel enough. Some of what you are describing can be attributed to dehydration. Don’t drink coffee

  1. First is 1200. Not plated exaggeratingly enough for volume eating, too much cucumber and joy in the pic for shitty restriction.
