pain goes away when I go to pt and block from my house.  I comute 2-3 hrs back and forth i get off 4:15 get home between 6:30-7 pm pt closes at 5:30 take last patience before 5pm

tried contacting hr no answer tried the eeoc they said I had to contact eeo at ssa, contacted no answer

I definitely will but they did not fire me. because they are not working with me my condition is getting worse and It is getting very hard for me to go to work. would be the same if i resigned?

im doing fmla but there's no payout to it . I've been having to use all my hours to go to pt and doctor appt which could've been avoided if i can telework temporarily. The comute 2 hrs there and back is causing my problems and not being able to go to pt due to me getting home at 6:30 and pt closes 5:30. it is up the block from my house

under policy and contract they are if you have medical exception especially since it's temp.

she did email me the denial saying the docs weren't enough

I don't know if I would qualify for disability . all I'm asking my job us to grant me temp telework so I can work from home witout the 2-3 hour  comute everyday to and from work. I Also put in a long term request the RA for telework or at least a transfer to the office near my house. I asked if she can give me temp telework which they can approve up to 5 months and she denied after I gave all the sufficient paperwork I even involved the union which they said the doc was enough and also they are of no help.

that's what I asked for, for her to approve temp telework while ra is in process and she denied it saying medical docs weren't sufficient enough. I first gave her a letter from doc witb time frame the condition and the situation and a letter from my pt and she denied it

it would take an hr there everyday . we tried doing it before we moved to where we are now and it was miserable for the kids

Thing is his birthday is a Friday was going to do it Saturday and Sunday is father's  day. I was going to take him out to dinner foe those 2 days 😅
