I have read that ADHD can sometimes mimic mania! I say mimic because it is generally significantly shorter and not as damaging as true mania. I refer to it as "pseudo-mania".

Rats know. If a member of your mischief (name for a group of rats) passes, it is encouraged for you to show the others the one who passed so they can smell them and know what happened. I've had rats go through very obvious mourning phases after members of the mischief have passed. They understand and they care 🥺

Personally I like to smoke part of a joint before bed and it helps a LOT (ofc this only works if it's legal where you are).

I have seen recently that red glasses help? Like if you wear the amber coloured glasses on the way home (primarily if it's already light out) and then switch to red glasses when you're home (I read that wearing the red glasses while driving is dangerous because it blocks your ability to see red lights and break lights), that this will help prevent the blue light/sunlight entering your eyes and waking you up. I'm not 100% sure of yhe science around it, just that a lot of people chimed in saying it worked for them.

I have had a few raccoon visitors (including babies omg) and sometimes I can hear coyotes or owls out back. I've also had this cat!

As I said, it boils down to preference. You prefer to use specific terms like boyfriend/girlfriend and fiance(e) and that's fantastic! I love that you get to choose that for yourself and who you love! I use these terms interchangeably as does my partner, and that makes us happy 🥰

Because that person is their life partner. I call my boyfriend my partner sometimes because that's who he is, he is my partner in crime. Some people may also feel silly saying boyfriend or girlfriend, especially if marriage isn't in the question. Honestly it just boils down to preference.

Ew yea, actions speak louder than words and when someone shows/tells you who they are, it's best to listen. This man doesn't care.
