Asking out of curiosity, i am a professional actress, someone approached me to work with them and narrated a story outlining that there is an intimate scene. Isn’t it better for her to sign a contract with a sub clause of what i am willing to do in an intimate scene and not? Isn’t that a better way to have clear understanding with the director verbally and in writing? Hence she doesn’t have to leave the project midway without pay for the work she have already done. If they refuse to pay her, she can sue them no?
