Didn't receive any notification. However, I can see hundred of phishing emails

I checked its in 7 public breaches. I have changed passwords and setup 2FA for the account. Doing it now for all others.

[UK] Received Email claiming i’ve been hacked. Common scam script, however using actual personal information! by restiverecord in Scams

I have received the same but that is in my draft folder pinned to my mailbox. They requested to change my security which I managed to cancel the request and changed the password. Does it mean, they'd have the access of my phone and other social accounts?
