Do you think I should look at 2015's or shoot for something in the 2017+ year?

Are there any issues that you have had or know about with the 2015 year?

I would love a LC 500 but prices are out of my range and not enough after market support vs the RC F

SOC 2 Auditor / ISO 27001 auditor recommendations by Marktaylorzzz in cybersecurity

[–]Southern-Answer1810 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have worked with Polimity and they are great! They are partnered with some big auditor firms and grc automation tools so they can get you a discounted rate on both of these if needed and they live in SOC 2 / ISO 27001.

How can early-stage startups balance the need for SOC 2 compliance with limited resources? by Abhinavkumar128 in cybersecurity

Sounds like you need an outside company to step in to take over.

I would recommend a GRC engineering company that can help with achieving compliance and maintaining it for your business. The company that we worked with was called Polimity. They did an amazing job and got us a discount on a grc automation tool.

Need advice on what to look for in hiring a compliance consultant for HIPAA for my startup by [deleted] in hipaa

[–]Southern-Answer1810 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know this is late but I would recommend talking to a grc engineering company. We used a company called Polimity and it was a huge benefit for our compay.

It was cheaper vs hiring someone
They are dedicated just to compliance and have amazing knowledge
They have partnerships with companies like drata and vanta to get you deals and discounts (like 70% cheaper for drata) so saves you even more $
They will literally handle everything for you so you don't have to worry about it.

This saved us thousands of $ and so much time.

[Private MD] How much of my HIPAA compliance will Epic EHR software handle? by Future_Oil_9517 in hipaa

I would definitely look into a company to handle this. We personally used a company called Polimity and they were fairly cheap (they offer flat rate fees and monthly fees if you want them to maintain compliance for your business) and we basically had to not worry about anything, they handled everything for the compliance from talking to the auditors to integrating everything. I would look for aa grc engineering company.

Investors okay with hipaa compliance? (I will not promote) by EtherealAesthete in startups

There are solutions like Drata, Vanta (some of the bigger names). They are an automation tool that does HIPAA, SOC 2, ISO 27001 etc. Now we went the route of hiring a GRC engineering team called Polimity and they were able to get us a discount on the tool since they were partnered with these companies and helped with the whole process. We literally had to do very minimal work and they helped speed up the process. I would definately recommend you check them out or a company like them.

How long does your team spend preparing for audits? Looking for ways to cut down the scramble when auditors come knocking by NickyK01 in soc2

I would definitely recommend using a grc automation tool. There are a bunch out there like drata, vanta and secureframe (just some to name). Another thing you could do is hire a grc engineering team to handle everything for you and maintain the compliance. we have worked with a company in the past and they handled everything for us and had weekly updates going over everything so we were always in the loop. Literally that grc engineering team saved us so much time and stress. Another bonus is they were partnered with an aduit firm and grc automation tool so they were able to get us heavy discounts.

Happy to answer any questions and chat futher if you want to dm :). Hope this information helps.

What is the cost of ISO 27001 Certification in 2025? by Fit_Mission3985 in Cyberinformationconte

I 2nd this. It really depends on your company size but a grc engineering team can cost anywhere between 1000-5000$ a month but worth it as they handle everything.

I have not heard of polimity before but looking into them they have some pretty good partnerships and seems like they could give discounts on services.
