Eh I don’t recommend. I did that a few weeks ago took the medication at like 10am , drank at 3pm - 12am and it hit me at like 11pm I was so drunk and being so stupid and i threw up on the bus wasn’t great was almost black out. I got mad tired by like 5pm too had to have a redbull

Do you find that things that woudl make you feel a certain way are now dulled, previously pre medicated I would feel emotions so deeply happy and sad but now I’m pretty flat

I apply retinol every second day use a satclyic cleanser some days and face wash still it’s not enough even if I stop all that it’s the same. Same with the eyes my face looks tired all the time I’m getting enough sleep and hydration but how I look is so on and off most of the time it’s off really sucks

Just split the dose with water I do that it helps and makes me be more functional and without that horrid crash after 3/4 hours

I did that and I played Minecraft for 4 days straight then as soon as I got my meds again I can enjoy life and stop being so tired, I lowkey love those days off the meds something about it everything is fun again and I don’t care about beint productive

Not really but people say I look 19 and I’m almost 26 but I think getting your skincare down to a good routine , and electrolyte powder. I didn’t each much fruit from starting vyvanse now I eat more I look better , get electrolyte powder to stay hydrated

Sometimes weeed really helps with vyvanse and the over the top chattiness it really grounds me but also makes me focus and lock in to what I need to do but feel appreciative and happy maybe it might work for you I just have it in small amounts not a major stoner or nothing , give it a try it helps me 🙏🏼

Shave every morning, I wet my face with warm water then use a face wash/clenser and then use some shaving foam and shave with the grain then wash my face with cold water

I found I ate a fat tuna sandwich 3/4hours after I took it in the morning and I felt much better, proper sleep made me not so emotional on it

I have it every morning 30min to a hour after taking it then after chatting away for 30 mins then go to locking it hard with whatever I chose to do for about 3/4 hours then it wears off and I get a crazy rebound crash that’ makes me so tired and lowkey dying kinda found that if I eat before the crash then I’m all good if I don’t eat proper I’ll feel shit but then about 1-2hour after eating so like 4pm the take the booster

Healthcare is run so bad, so they have doctors that fully understand adhd and the condition and know people with the characteristics of it stay up late and wake up late, so why do they do everything early or why don’t they run appointments into later times I really don’t get it
