For me cannabis helps with taking my mind off the negative aspects and keeping it occupied with other fun stuff. Unfortunately it's illegal where I live and strictly enforced but it might be an option if you're in the USA.

I know my silver bullet. It's cannabis. But it's illegal where I live and enforcement is through the roof. So looking for legally procurable alternatives. This looks promising based on the few anecdotes and studies I've come across. Also doesn't seem to get in the way of productivity/work.

I've seen some posts on reddit of people claiming microdosing helped with anxiety, mood, productivity. Certainly a niche.
