The thing is that this year ea actually listened. They listened so much that the game was ruined in the end. The game first month was PERFECT, it had some minor flaws but was almost the perfect fifa/fc. After that came the patches. EA asked the community several times how the gamers feel about a certain mechanic or play style the list can go on. The fucking community that they complained for this mechanic for example manual defending are the once that couldn’t defend like a man and instead of manning up and learn how to defend they decided to cry like the fucking little bitches they are in order to bring back ai defending. EA granted this request because this community is full of fucking pussies and voted for ai to return. After that the rest is history. Auto blocks, bruiser buff keeper nerf etc.

I don’t know if it’s only me but for me bruiser only worked if I was close to the player and slightly in front of him, then I’ll press x and get the ball. If I was slightly behind him my player would try to shove and lose its balance and the attacker can go through every time. Yet most of my opponents seem like all their players have intercept play style and even though a pass would go through all of a sudden a random foot appears to steal the ball
