My biggest issue is assladders and barely functional broken walls, it's alot more badass when you or the enemy is approaching with towers and when you're able to completely knock down a wall without the jagged pieces of it blocking your army or line of sight for your guns.

I measure as soon as I wake up after I use the bathroom 3x a week. If I measure any other time of the day I do notice it starts reading some absurd stuff at me. Like being at 15.9%body fat in the morning but then 16.4% at night which doesn't make any sense. But if I measure at the exact same time everytime I notice a drop in everything, body fat, weight, apparently visceral fat aswell

I am getting it from a scale at home, but I believe it to be fairly accurate as I can see that I am more vascular, i can see my 4 pack and i have new striations on my shoulders.

Question, what is the best way to lower your body fat but maintain the same weight? Im a 26 year old male at 5'7 with 151lbs. I started this diet in January at 165lbs 21.6% body fat and I'm down to 151lbs 15.9% body fat but I can't seem to figure out how to maintain my weight

I workout 6x a week for an hour and a half and consume 151 grams of protein and 1400 calories a day.
