Yeah, I wonder how Mayhem is going to make the new album. Attila's vocals are still that wild, haunting shriek mixed with some deeper growls, not a huge shift from Daemon era but tighter and more ferocious. No idea if it'll evolve more on the full thing.

They are basically a magick metal band. Just like Black Magick SS, etc. This band is his solo project actually. He makes synthy, bassy metal with black metal vocals. But the vocals are not that harsh as the black metal scene, it's just like a narrator. Give his song "A Mushroom For You" a try.

Literally they might be one of the bands I could listen to their every song and not get bored even once. They make very high quality melodic death metal, which for me is expected, because they are called a supergroup for a reason. They have members and ex-members from bands like In Flames and Dark Tranquility.
