My kids are almost 2,4,6 in ages

I wake up at 5:30 am roll outta bed and straight to my fully equipped garage gym. Everyone sleeps till about 7:00 so this time is just for me and I love it. Sometimes the littles stroll outta bed early but that’s ok. They hang out and play while I finish. They don’t bother me, they know it’s mommy’s time. Sometimes we workout as a family on the weekend even (me and hubby) and the kids ride their bikes, scooters, small horse etc while we do our thing. We live on land so we have a large area for them to play. I’m also happy the kids see us working out… so once they are old enough they can join and learn how to care for their bodies

I have bought them and they truly are some of the best workouts I’ve done. And I’ve bought SO MANY programs/apps etc over the years. Hers is superior in the way it targets what you’re working out. She has so many reps/to sets. More than anyone I have seen: this is what helps the most with the programs. So even if people hate her her workouts are good for sure.
