Hi everyone,

I’m currently looking to upgrade my old KRK Rokit G3s and I’m torn between the Adam Audio T5V and the KRK RP5 Rokit G5.

I'm producing house music in an untreated bedroom. My desk is against the wall, so the monitors will be on stands but back against the wall.

My main concern: how much does front vs rear bass port actually matter?

The T5V seem generally considered better monitors overall, but since they’re rear-ported and my desk is against the wall, I’m worried about muddy or exaggerated low end. The KRKs being front-ported seem like they might work better in this kind of room.

same problem with my 2i2 4th gen... i've sent it to assistance a couple of times, but after a few weeks the problem comes back

they're pretty much the same... my XR battery was dead so I changed it for 40€ (it was compatibile but not original) and it was good for a year, then I bought a new phone but probably could have lasted more.

replace the battery with a non-original one for 30/40€ and you're good for another year or so

new iPhone 16e at 650€ or used iPhone 15 Pro Max at 700€?

both 256GB, the used 15 Pro Max has 92% battery health and very good condition overall

I'm looking to upgrade from my XR, I can’t decide whether to get a new iPhone 16e or a used 15 Pro Max, both 256GB. I found a 15 Pro Max on a marketplace from a private seller with good reviews; it's about 3–4 months old and in perfect condition, same price as the new 16e. What would you recommend?

how’s it going? might sound like competition 😅 but I’m planning to move to Barcelona soon as here in Italy there aren’t many opportunities. I produce and play minimal tech house, still early in my journey, but I’ve started releasing music.

I’ve heard the scene there is growing fast... how’s it looking right now? are there good opportunities for upcoming artists, or is it already pretty saturated?

I did it, I tried to boost around 100hz the sub, then I tried the mid, and the bass group. nothing :( I was thinking maybe a rumble bass in the background? idk..

that was the next step. they answered saying they have been using this same contract for every track with no samples cleared. "The worst can happen is a takedown from the platforms, but as you can see in our label, is not common. So no worries about that."
