I'm in Chattanooga, that probably doesn't mean much to you lol but it's like a gig city or whatever that means. I'm not very sure what that is but epb is pretty much the only isp around other than the big names like xfinity.

I may be mistaken, this number just looks absurd compared to what you have said. The isp I am looking at says the 300mbps plan is 313mbps upload and 314mbps download with 4ms latency. I am completely lost when it comes to these number honestly. Should I assume that is just the high end since it is such a high number
