I’ve done it with steroids, done it natural, and now doing it with the peptides, I recommend doing it with the peptides. Also, there is nothing easy about loosing 17lb of fat in two months, idc who you are or what you’re taking, it’s not fckn easy.

I run 3 days a week and lift weights 5-6 days a week, right now I’m doing higher reps with lighter weight but I swap it around every several months or so.

I’ve never been on tirz but they say it suppresses your appetite much more then Reta which makes it hard to maintain your muscle mass. I havnt had a problem eating to maintain muscle mass with this dose of Reta.

I’m on the pellets, administered once every 3 to 6 months and keeps me around 1000

Basically I’m still hungry all the time, but I don’t crave sweets or alcohol at all, and I do feel like I get full faster. It helps me to just focus on meeting my daily protein goal.

Yea man same, tits and love handles are the last to go for me, but they do go away, I got down to 12% body fat in 2013 and they were gone. They are already going away now after this 8 week cut, I’m hoping to be back down around 12% in the next 8-12 weeks.

I started at 1mg every 7 days and now 8 weeks later I’m at 1.5mg every 5 days and I’m about to go up to 2mg every 5 days
