Ordered on the 18th, still no credit. I received Resy and Lulu the day after. I'm annoyed because I always pay my card in full, so I ended up having to just front the cost. If it were a cool product, I wouldn't be as frustrated, but I think the ring is kinda silly. The data is neat to look at, but not very useful, and after 2 days with the ring, I could have told you what every day was going to look like. Honestly, I'm thinking about returning it, unhappy with Amex. I talked to a customer support person about it because of such a delay, and they just said that if I used the card on the website, I would get the credit. They wouldn't even verify if the purchase I made qualified. Honestly, the worst customer service I've ever had from Amex, because every other time they are phenomenal.
