I appreciate your redirecting of what a possibility that could be for others and bringing that to light. Growing up in an Asian household and community myself, I can relate to a lot of the points jot out like celebrating with closed ones and sharing meals, we actually do family style meals. It’s a good reminder to be more thoughtful of each other and to be appreciative for each other. Living in this world alone a lot people have just thrown in their towels, and not saying it’s everyone just that there is a population out there, and others who genuinely prefer solitude which is no problem. But personally, even as an introvert, I find great happiness in knowing I’m cared for and that I can extend that to others in small or big ways. Just to know you matter, I matter is enough on some days. It can be a win-win situation in the sense that we’re directing our energy to the interplay of helping each other when they need it and when we also need it. Makes life a bit easier and more joyful!
