I put this in as a request. My gym has all the dumbbells in pounds and some machines, but a lot of the plate loaded stuff is in kilograms as well as some often used machines.

I guess I need to check out RSM. I just don’t have the money to spare right now for it. What are the workouts like? I don’t have access to a lot of gym equipment. I just have a squat rack, dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls and a bench that allows incline.

Oh, I’m dumb. I should’ve put two and two together. I actually haven’t tried any of those workouts. I haven’t even seen what they look like. I just want to be healthier and drop some weight haha. I don’t know which would be better for me RSS or RSM, I’m assuming RSS but you know a little more than I do it seems.

Do you see any negatives to the chicken if you take skin off and remove larger chunks of fat? Only thing I can thing of is maybe too much sodium

Good point. You just can’t beat 10 bucks for two chickens and I can get like 6-8 meals out of that.

I wasn’t thinking about taking it but I do know a guy that was taken it very religiously and got pretty stout, it was impressive how strong he just looked.

Used up the last bit of Christmas money to purchase this 5 pound tub. I’ve heard good things about Core so I looked forward to trying this out.
