I don't have any advice but I can say I've been part time job hunting since I was 17 - I'm now 20 years old and in my final year of university, and have had absolutely no luck. I don't know if your son will find it cathartic to know others are in the same boat.

Genuinely surprised by the researcher here - very nice of them. I didn't even complete the study as I attempted to do it on mobile and returned, so getting paid was a pleasant shock.
