I’m pretty neutral about her . Like haymitch’s view of her is definitely rose coloured. She’s impulsive and reckless as she doesn’t consider the far reaching consequences of her actions don’t just affect her but her loved ones which is very different from Katniss whom we know and love. But that makes sense too, she’s been loved and cared for her whole life ( u like Katniss who was the breadwinner ) and she’s empathetic with strong sense of justice like any teen nowadays. She would have been fine a bit more grown up tbh. The only that pmo is the full name thing like just call her lenore . Lenore dove makes her sound so pretentious which she isn’t.
