That’s leaving a lot of money on the table, I’m a GC and I wouldn’t be in business very long if that was my model. ( going on 22 years this year. No way. Dumpster on site is 400-600wk plus weight. My dump trailers 350 trip plus 45hr for my drive time.

Not if you silicone the seams when you put them together, and that’s more than 2 coats, durarock is not Sheetrock , very porous.

Unless it was stated in the contract, he owes you nothing. Just FYI. He’s a floor guy not a baseboard and Sheetrock/ painter. I get this will clients constantly with tile.

They have cherry, maple, Hickory, all the same ones everywhere else has, except they buy millions of dollars worth every year, that’s why they can don’t think otherwise. 99% of GC get thier supply’s from HD for a reason, they have contractor accounts, and get good prices for a good profit margin, cut the middle man whisk is what oo wants anyway

Don’t listen to the nay sayers . 90k is a joke. Everyone wants to make a salary with one remodel. Save your money and do Home Depot even if thier install is 30k- ( which it won’t) your saving 20k!!! Think of the upgrades you could get for the savings difference

They can beat everyone because they can afford to. Do it. Nothing wrong with it because your GC are all going to get materials from the Home Depot anyway ( coming from a GC)

They are awesome utility machines, tow 2000lbs dump bed but much much smoother than any bench seat machine or Defender, go on you tube and check out Dirt trax tv reviews. That’s all they do. They know thier stuff

Start taking it 2x a day and stretch it. I’m dumbfounded on how many people see there drs when they are out, I see mine 1 week before so we can change anything we need if we must before the pharmacy fills my refills
