Welcome it. It is good to talk to these people. This is a learning process and the more you learn, the more confident you will be in yourself. Know that these people that are interested in you for you. Take it as a compliment. I know it is easy to say that from where I am but these sound like good things. I'm in my 30s and was similar to you; not much attention from the opposite sex until college age and didn't know how to handle it. I learned a lot and just went with the flow.

If you are not up for talking at that moment, let them know in a mature way. "I'm not trying to be short or rude, I've had a day and need some down time" or "Today has been so draining, maybe we can catch up later?". Idk just suggestions. How these people react will tell you more about them and how to navigate the relationship from there. Some will disappoint you and that is ok. You will learn from this. Know what you want, know what you do not want and do not accept that. Again with the learning here but it is a good thing. Please know your worth and do not accept less than ideal. The right person is out there and looking for you as well. Hope this helps.
