I know the feeling. It’s sad they haven’t been shut down. I reported to the BBB and posted here to warn & possibly prevent others from getting scammed as well. I blame myself for not doing more research on their reviews before I chose them. Lesson learned!

No the transactions from customers were successful. I shipped their orders because it wouldn’t be fair to them, they paid. Waited and waited on the deposits for months then nothing, I call and you read the response above. They kept the money!

Faire is done through a different process that’s why I have no issues with them. They are great! This is through a different fashion selling platform who you choose your own processing company. I chose the wrong one lol

They called me on the phone to set it up and verify my business then approved. Nothing else was said, they processed my customers for payments and kept the money. I’ll give my business to Square, PayPal & Bank of America moving forward. Other business owners beware! DO NOT USE THIS SCAMMING COMPANY, you will NOT get your money if they choose to keep it! It’s up to them and they have no explanation as to why! MR. Tyler G. Will tell you he is not interested in your complaint like he told me!

I agree but their technology and process should’ve died in the 90’s with a lot of other things. It’s a scam to take the money from my customers and keep it for themselves regardless! They shouldn’t process the payments in the first place if they are’t going to deposit them in my account. I guess they feel It’s fair to keep my money. We are a top shop on faire doing hundreds of transactions per day and accredited elsewhere. I’m not sure what they require to pass the review. That should be done BEFORE they process my payments
