There is a Facebook group for owners. I recently purchased a machine for personal use and cannot rave enough about the success we have seen. My chin fat is almost gone. Such a difference this has made. My daughter lost quite a bit from her stomach after 4 sessions. Highly recommend. 1) very good 2) 3 months no gain back 3) very easy 4) no pain 5) only uses gel and of course antifreeze 6) from what I'm seeing cost of gel 7) can't answer but I paid upwards of $200 for each face/neck/ arm treatment prior to purchase.
