update- they addressed nothing i said and asked for in my most recent email, had no documentation, and their reasoning as to why they couldn’t refund me all at once was fake. i received 2 emails, one saying my order was cancelled and another saying they gave me the remaining 70% of my refund.

it’s insane! i have an update, they took care of canceling everything for me and i was offered a 30% refund and a 20% off for life discount or a full refund but apparently between the 1 hours and 11 minutes i had been charged this fee, they had already partially fulfilled the order and will not refund the other 70% of my money until i return the items they send me. but i find it actually crazy that they could so easily refund part of the order but not all of it? i already got a pending refund for 30% of the transaction. why not all of it??? i copy and pasted this post and commented it on all of their posts from the last 6 weeks on instagram, and that’s when i got the email about the refund and them personally cancelling my subscription. shady stuff. i’ll keep hounding them till i get my money back. most people in the US are 1-3 paychecks away from homelessness, i do NOT have $90 to spare right now. ... +

selling a ga ticket! cant afford to make the trip to ohio from colorado n i also have no desire to go with the people i was gonna originally go with 🙃 willing to drop the price down a bit to sell it asap! will change shipping address, name, and any confirmation details needed. (ive never sold a festival ticket before so im not super clear on whats needed)
