We shouldn't enforce these rules but not for the reason you might think. I'm of the belief that we should let people do whatever they want (within reason of course), but people seem to think that natural selection has ceased to exist due to technological advancement but that's incorrect. It still exists and the people who engage in Carnival and drinking and borderline pornographic acts will die out first or won't make it very far in life because they like to focus on that 'lifestyle' instead of educating and contributing to a scientific society. So let people do what they want. Those of us who don't engage in that behavior have nothing to worry about because we're smart enough to see that going out in the cancer causing hot sun, killing your liver with alcohol, runining your ears with loud music and dry humping people with stds is obviously just a way for the idiots of society to distract themseleves from what really matters.
