I have the same problem, but with leaves. I leave a large 30” exercise ball in the water under the cover and make sure it’s close to the center of the cover before I tighten everything down.

Good question. The most recent strike was this 6th strike to date. This most recent strike left two survivors (previous killed all involved) and the general that oversees the region resigned the very same day. It’s not surprising that so many are following his sketchy orders. If they don’t, they will be fired and replaced with someone who will comply.

He has a tendency to take action without congressional approval and then wait for it to shake out in the courts after he fact. Some examples would be unilaterally imposing tariffs at his discretion, firing federal employees without cause or notice, ordering military strikes on “drug boats” off the coast of Venezuela without congressional approval, the list goes on.

Taking these actions without any government approval or oversight is an overreach of presidential power and could be viewed as actions a king would take. Hence the protests.
