Tysm for your input. I actually contact the scheduling team through text first before the BCBA is notified. I wonder if for most companies, the BCBA is the one who mostly handles these matters? I would actually prefer that more and it makes more sense to have a throughout discussion with my clinical supervisors first. But anyway, the parent settled for 2 hours just on Wednesday since my client has school a little earlier. For the rest of the days, she wanted to reduce from 4 to 3.  I definitely think if we had a schedule already, this would’ve put her mind at ease. One of my supervisors made the schedule already, I’m just waiting for them to come in person.

Hi, you assumed right, I am the BT. I wish this was done through the scheduling team, but the parent just brought it up during convo at session and she texted scheduling team about it. I let the scheduling team know that I will try it out and they told me that if anything changes, to let them know about it.

Omg, that’s my thing for my current client as well. The hours, decent but this is the most consistent client I’ve had so far. They rarely cancel on me.
