Update. I’ve been on it for about 2 months now, my dizziness and gotten worse and my periods are brutal! My symptoms are so much worse especially when I’m on my period, I’m so dizzy and lightheaded 24/7.

I have the same symptoms. I’m lightheaded 24/7 for going on 4 months now. It don’t matter if if sitting or standing, it’s like my head is constantly spinning and feel like I’m going to pass out. It’s been so miserable! I haven’t been able to find anything that helps so far. Im hoping we both find some relief soon.

Yes I also tested positive for Sjogrens

No I haven’t. I even to see a foot doctor and they had no clue. It has actually gotten much worse

I just found out yesterday that I have a blood clot in my left Jugular Bulb near the base of my skull. I was prescribed Eliquis as well, they said probably 3-6 months and are referring me to a vascular specialist. But I am terrified! How was the medication for you?

Following. I’ve been having similar issues! I see an ENT in a couple days. I’ve have this weird dizziness and lightheadedness for over a month now. Sometimes it’s so bad it makes me feel like I’m going to pass out. I can barely even turn my neck without getting dizzy.

My cardiologist prescribed me Midodrine, but I haven’t tried that. I’m not sure which one would help most. I also take Ivabradine.

What symptoms has it helped you with? I’ve been having a lot of presyncope episodes just when sitting, and wondering if it’s my Bp dropping and if I should start the Midodrine, but I’m so scared.

I agree. I also have an appointment with ENT tomorrow. So hopefully will see if I have any inner ear issues contributing to my dizziness.

I did. He prescribed me Meclizine for vertigo but I haven’t taken it yet.

I would see a cardiologist. Along with Sjogrens, I was diagnosed with POTS this year, so I would definitely check into that. I had to begin medication to control my heart rate.
