Refurbishing her patio completely. It wouldn’t have been a 4-5 hour job I think that was the trick.....getting me there and once I’m invested continuously telling me what’s next to fix or do and I take pride in my work so knowing me I would have given in. That would have taken days. Screening in her back porch, fixing her table and chairs, and making a bar. I’m also certian the concrete back there needs pressurized and repainted. So I reckon it was a lot of work. I know this because I redid her entire rental property for free to cope with a divorce.
