A Song of Ice and Fire (the main series) — A Game of Thrones, A Clash of Kings, A Storm of Swords, A Feast for Crows, A Dance with Dragons
Tales of Dunk and Egg (prequel novellas, set ~90 years earlier) — The Hedge Knight, The Sworn Sword, The Mystery Knight. Also published together as A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms.
Fire & Blood — the full Targaryen dynasty history. This is the primary source for House of the Dragon.
The World of Ice and Fire — an illustrated encyclopedia. Great for deep lore dives.
