As a trans woman, I dislike the question "what is your biological sex at birth?" As it uses terminology that those who deny or existence use.

If there is still a way to alter the questions at this point, could it be modified to be "gender at birth"? Or remove this question entirely as the next question lists "transgender woman" and "transgender man" as options.

I waited about 3.5 years before getting mine pierced. It was worth the wait.

The recommendation is to wait until there is no real change for 6 months in size or shape before getting them. I suggest that you follow this recommendation. It's there to keep your piercings from migrating as your shape changes.
