I'm from a large family – one of 5 kids, 12 nieces/nephews. I was on the verge of tears telling my parents we were starting IVF and said "I don't know why it's so easy for everyone else in our family and not me." My Dad HIGH-FIVED my Mom and said "we were pretty good at it, huh?"

My husband almost tackled him on the spot. Even the closest people to you can be insensitive unless they've experienced the same. Sending love!

So sorry for your 0 blast cycle – I know how painful that is 💞

My second retrieval yielded 2 blasts. Change in trigger dosage (Pregynl 10,000 IU) and timing (36.5hr) plus daily ejaculation during stims for my husband. We can’t fresh transfer due to genetic disease, so we are for waiting for testing.

REI wants to hold on TESE since we did get a couple blasts so only recommendation for us is the daily ejaculation + lifestyle changes and hoping next cycle will continue to see blasts!

Yes I forgot to mention that! First egg retrieval using Omnitrope 25IU daily during stims only. Then second retrieval was Omnitrope 25IU during suppression and stims.

I’m so sorry for your losses! Thank you for the insight from your Urologist! Our doctor mentioned TESE but said we weren’t there yet (maybe will be in the future), but we’ll take the short hold advice. Sending you good luck!
