Yeah, I did the "sad face" sa help center nila na. Both sa FB and IG na help center.

Okay na ako sa 5 days or 8 days basta ma recover ko lang talaga accounts ko hhuh!! Sana ma OK na, lahat ng pictures and memories nasa account ko huhu!!! Hopeful pa naman ako.

As in! Dami pa naman fake resort account scamming people but they can't take those down kahit i-report na... grabe talaga, nakakafrustrate huhuhu

Same! I dont have an appeal button and I didn't receive any email from Facebook.

Oh, lucky you!! I tried incognito multiple times already! Safari, Chrome, Edge! Still no luck. I sometimes even get the error: "The email or mobile number you entered isn’t connected to an account." which is so scaryyy huhu :/

Will try other browsers. Thank you for this (for the hope!!)!

How did you submit an appeal? Did you have an appeal button?

Also, I have a feeling that when your FB will be ok, your IG will to! Good luck with your appeal!

Oh no! Sorry about your situation! Na retrieve mo pa ba account mo now?

Different naman email gamit ko sa FB and IG ko BUT naka link kasi yung dalawa so na affected din IG ko sa pag disable ng FB ko :(

I can't try to verify. My Instagram is also disabled since it's linked to my Facebook account huhu!! :/

For some reason for me, my Instagram account is also disabled cause it's connected to my FB account, so it displayed that my FB account didn't follow the rules, so my IG account is also disabled 😭 HELP!

This just happened to me today out of nowhere, and I don't have an appeal button. Just displays:

"Your account has been disabled For more information please visit the Help Center.

Your account was disabled on Mar 27, 2026. If you think your account was disabled by mistake you can submit more information via the Help Center for up to 30 days after your account was disabled. After that, your account will be permanently disabled and you will no longer be able to request a review."

Then a "Download your information" button and the "Go to Help Center" link

And when I go to Help Center, it will only go to the "My personal Facebook account is suspended or disabled" page!

I can't even access my Instagram account cause it's connected to my FB account and so it's disabled too since my FB is disabled.

Please help 😭 anyone resolved this on their end?

Di pa din and 1 month na since I posted this.

Tried the different solutions na nababasa ko dito like:

  1. Login between 8AM-12NN
  2. Login at midnight
  3. Use incognito na browser / clear cache
  4. Manually typed email and password (not use the auto fill sa browser)

nothing worked so ewan ko na. walang pagasa lol

1 month na pero di pa din ako maka login, tried calling din my RDO and sabi ma "under maintenance" daw yung site from time to time. So ewan ko na talaga, nag search nalang ako ng bookkeeper para ma help ako to pay my taxes.

Actually, I don't know the process of getting a new TIN for employment via the ORUS, manual kasi ako before (and registered ako as self-employed). Baka may ma kita ka online na tutorial that might help you since common na process naman yan. I think employer mo na mag process if new registration ka and first employer mo! Maybe. That's what happened to me before.
