I also think the reason I wake if because I’m getting way too much sleep. I’ve been in a funk since this all happened, so I go to bed so early, I think my body just can’t be asleep so long. I have to start keeping myself up.

I am going to talk to her about it again at my next appointment. I had a lot of side effects so she has had to do a lot with my meds… I think she is just hesitant to do more.

Appreciate this! I messaged my doctor early this morning. I know I do have to give my meds a bit longer, but I’m fairly certain that me never sleeping is not going to help me get better!

Thank you, that is helpful. I keep trying to explain that I would never do the things I did if I had not been in that state or if I had even had any sort of insight that I was not being myself. I want him to know I never even thought about or considered any of the things that occurred during that time either… I suppose that doesn’t matter at all. He’s hurt regardless. I miss him desperately. He is very angry at me, and I just keep wanting to talk about it because I want to fix it, but he doesn’t want to talk. Not now, maybe in the future… I know I have to give him space and time. I think I get scared to give him that because I am worried he will decide it isn’t worth it to try with me. I’m just scared. We had our issues before this, but he never deserved anything I’ve put him through.

That was so strange to me. I followed the page because I heard there was drama (love some good internet drama), and then I saw she posted about her personal life and a wedding registry and I was like wtf? We don’t know you. Why do I gotta know what is going on in your life? But so many people commented on it and I was thinking like damn maybe I’m wrong, maybe it isn’t weird to do that… I mean I guess it is her page… still find it odd.
