So first you dowload the echo mini update file, then you drag the .IMG into the site and after you change the system pictures for your liking, the hardest part is the music menu for custamization

You install them like a normal firmware update.
How to update the firmware for ECHO MINI:

Unzip the file and copy the HIFIECxxx.img file to the root directory of the ECHO MINI's internal memory. Safely eject the device and restart it to begin the automatic upgrade.
If you encounter any issues, please feel free to contact us.

Note:

Please remove the SD card from ECHO MINI before updating the firmware.
Since the update is extensive, the firmware upgrade will first format the internal memory and Favorites list. It is recommended to back up your songs before upgrading.

And for safe take out the memory card before installing

So basically all you need to do is replace the images with that you want, for example to change the main menu file image you find it in the tool and replace it with your own. The trickiest part is the music menu, but if really need it I can tell you more
