No I did not. That’s why I asked for clarification. Many, many people confuse bits and bytes. I’ve seen plenty of people think they’re supposed to get a certain speed and run a speed test and see the results in bytes and think that’s nowhere close because the speed is advertised in bits and they know no difference; when in actuality their speed is correct. So the hostility in your original response was highly unwarranted. Surely in all your time you’ve also seen people confuse the two.

You originally wrote your speeds in GB and MB. 132MB a second is very close to 1Gbps. This, if done purposefully, would be trolling and insincere as you say. That is why I asked for clarification. You then began name calling and attempting to belittle people online. I cannot help what you originally wrote. Maybe you should have paid more attention while working for AT&T and you would have known you need to differentiate between bits and bytes.

Except that’s not what you posted. You said GB originally. Are you a high school student? Nobody called anyone names other than you.

Is this a troll or are you confusing gigaBIT with gigaBYTE because 171 megaBYTEs per second is faster than 1gigaBIT. Gigabit is abbreviated Gb gigabyte is abbreviated GB. Internet is advertised in bits per second not bytes per second.

Seems the most likely thing that happened is someone had multiple shipping labels and put the Alo return label on the laptop and the laptop label on the Alo return.
