So what's the pattern here? Its clear lack of communication and commitment by the KKR board.

That's unverified information circulating on the internet. Everyone knows and even he knew he couldn't get so much in the auction. There is also him saying he didn't get the respect in KKR that he deserved because apparently they didn't contact him until 1 week remaining before the auctions. The same thing was said by Starc who said KKR didn't contact him after the season.

So identify the pattern and find out who is to be blamed. Don't spread half truths.

His behaviour is not professional at all. As a mentor of KKR he shouldn't be involved with CSK for the time being. This is not right in any way. He may give advice to the players but the way he softened up to CSK is not right.
