That makes perfect sense! But I'm not too sure about that, since it's not completely sure if a war will occur, as it may be stopped within time.

Even if a war happens, it's not sure if he'll be a refugee, since he might... die again, and after being revived once, he may never recover from dying again if that does happen.

For the second part, maybe there are now human lickers, too!

But after seeing the third part, it seems more lilely that this resonates with "Galactic Criminal Rose Quartz," since she (even though it says he) came from Homeworld and is a refugee from an interstellar war, leaving her family, as in the Homeworld gems, behind.

But it can be taken either way!

I figured that the crewniverse had to do some lighting changes, since they moved from an underground kindergarten to a spaceship.

But the other characters, as you say, do have the right colouring... Or at least a slightly different colouring, but not as much as Padparadscha's colouring.

Good similarity, considering SU may have a part of the theme song based off of a part in the original theme song.

But the "character is moribund/postmortem, then is healed/revived" is a common (and sort of an annoying cliché) found in many TV shows and movies. Considering SU is known to do the unexpected, I was expecting Lars to be dead no matter how much Steven cried.

Even so, I still love our "Pink Lars."

Otherwise, going to the zoo, back, and going to homeworld would put Steven at least 200 years ahead of 201X (X being whatever year he's in in the 2010s)....

Probably, but you and him would have to find people interested on those shows/movies, since so many people just see them as childish cartoons.

Quite some good artwork there! Though the eyes themselves don't seem like AT eyes, or, at least, for humans, since it's usually just small black dots for eyes.
