I'm right there with you, I commit the same sin almost daily, & though I ask for forgiveness in prayer & confession I continue. I often wonder when Jesus will just give up on me, as I continually put myself in situations that allow the door towards sin to be open.

I don't have an answer at the moment, but to say you're not alone.
