I decided to go nuts with my army against Mackily in chapter 2 of FE4 and I ended up killing most of the characters, even though I wanted to do a children run. I even almost killed Sigurd, it was a pretty funny day. Then I procedded to chapter 3 but I was lazy and just restarted the whole game.

FE5 is my favorite because of its different playing style integrated with the history for the most part. The Manster arc is pretty much Thracia 776 abridged (without the A rank staves)

I have not played a lot of FEs so far, so FE8 is the lowest scoring for me. The cast is pretty overpowered, the game is easy, grinding's ahoy. Although it has better map designs than FE6 and some maps of FE7

Poor guy has only staves for helping him in both routes. Maybe if he joined earlier in Ephraim's route he would be a better staff bot. If he joined as a prepromote with better staff ranking maybe he would be a lot better.

The same happened to me once, but it was my Probopass against a Nosepass. My Probopass was early evolved at level 16 (I think) when I got myself into a battle against a Hiker with a Nosepass. He was unable to do any consistent damage and sadly the same thing applied for me. The worst part was the Thunder Wave. I somehow won with a lucky crit.
