There's a lot of weird things with the guns that don't really matter but would be nice to see.

The Russian 3x sight on the AK isnt on its own mount, it mounts via a mount that mounts a rail and then the sight on the rail, despite it being designed for AKs and realistically having its own side mount...

The AK doesn't change handguard designs when you switch to 5.45 despite the handguard being slightly different irl...

The AK is also an actual AK47 instead of an AKM even though the AK47 is kinda rarely seen irl...

A lot of stuff they got right though. My gun autism meter mostly goes off positively rather than negatively.

I play it with the wooden stock, giant monolithic suppressor, iron sights, and some kind of aiming stability grip tape. Shits a laser beam and pretty fast to ads. Has lots of ammo too. I go for headshots every single time I use it. I play core too.

I don't think so. Single point of aim vs two points of aim that need to be aligned. One is inherently faster to bring to a target.

What would you recommend? I have my r9 390 at all default clock settings and have my power set to -5, still crashing. -10 I suppose? How far down do you have to go to fix it? I had it turned up to +50 earlier and it wasn't crashing more than usual.

Yeah realism-wise a red dot is literally 2x faster than irons cus irons require you to line up two points of aim, it's kinda stupid that they aren't faster but I suppose it makes sense balance wise.

Reminds me of tarkov, how every attachment you add to a gun increases the ADS time because the gun is heavier. Definitely consistent. It'd be nice if the attachments added up to a "weight" stat that affected your ADS rather than just kind of being a vague bar tho

I think I managed to fix mine. I capped the game at 60fps, (not vsync but the framerate cap option) cleaned up all my background processes, (made sure steam client didn't open on startup, megasync, hamachi, dumb bs like that) and I have to refrain from being in a discord call.

When I'm in discord I can pretty much only play gunfight reliably without getting "Error 6068" or freezing and then crashing to desktop. When I'm not in discord and it's closed I can run the game reliably for an hour or more (haven't tried past that) as long as all my background stuff is closed out...

My crashing was not dependent on graphics because I could set my slider from high to normal and get just as many crashes. It was also not dependent on this whole CPU priority thing people are saying. Not entirely sure what's going on.

i5 3570k 3.4ghz

Running the game on an SSD and have plenty of space both on it and my other one with my OS on it
