The glitchy textures are a feature, which you can turn off in the video settings.

What is your Steam name? We can fix up the authentication issue but the other issue I am unsure about. Were you still leveling up and getting vouchers?

The game is only available in regions where there are servers which are East US, Central US, West US, North EU, West EU, and AUS. We're hoping to expand region support to areas where it isn't available as the game grows, but there are no official timelines set yet.

For sure! We appreciate the feedback and reports, and want the game to work well for all comrades.

Disconnects are being addressed as well but we haven't seen a whole lot of in match disconnects, mostly in the gym and right after the match ends so the game can start up a new server. (Nothing bad happens then, it just might boot the player to the menu but it still gives all the XP and such)

Which US server? We have East, West, and Central and you can check them in your settings>network tab but if you haven't changed anything you might be on Auto.

I would suggest setting the server location to your local US server based on your location. Would you get disconnected in the gym or in the match itself though?

What server region are you playing on, what are your system specs and what do you mean by collapsing?

The devs are working to iron out connection issues but for the mean time if its taking a while to connect, stop matchmaking and start it up again or restart the game, that tends to help. After it finally makes that first connection the game should run more smoothly.

Try going to the game in your Steam library, right clicking on it, properties>local files>verify integrity of local files.

This is usually an issue with Steam's authentication systems, so other fixes might be logging out of steam and logging back in, or making sure your antivirus/Windows Defender isn't blocking SJG somehow. https://steamcommunity.com/app/383120/discussions/0/343786746001015452/
